Keynote Speaker, Ingeborg Breines (UNESCO)

Ingeborg Breines is Director of the Women and a Culture of Peace Programme in UNESCO and former Special Advisor to the Director-General of UNESCO on Women, Gender and Development. She was Secretary-General of the Norwegian National Commission for UNESCO for many years and worked before that in the Norwegian Council for Innovation in Education. Her work is mainly in the field of gender equality, pedagogy and international understanding.
