PPSEAWA Principles
All of us have occasion to think about what brought us to PPSEAWA and what we most remember as we strive to make and keep it relevant to the countries where it has existed for 70 years. Since its founding in 1928 PPSEAWA's goal of friendship has made us reach out to one another in a very special way. However, sometimes we lose sight of some principles that are all-important to the future of an organization that finds its strength in its unflagging devotion to those principles. To remind ourselves of our mission here - with a few ideas we must keep in our minds:
- Remember for whom we exist
- Do not lose our focus
- Preserve our accessibility
- Balance the budget - operate in the black
- Always strive for quality
- Cherish our loyalty to one another
- Do not forget our history and preserve our stories
