Delegates from Singapore attended several PPSEAWA International Conferences from 1994-2004 under an affiliation with the Singapore Council of Women's Organization (SCWO). The 22nd PPSEAWA International Conference was then held in Singapore in May 2004, with Dr. Shirley Lim as the Conference Chairperson.
PPSEAWA Singapore was incorporated in December 2019 and formally accepted as a National Member Organisation from February 2020 onwards.
