Please select your accommodation from the information here & book using the Registration Form as these hotels & motels have been booked especially for the 2007 PPSEAWA Conference.
All rates are in NZ $ and are per room/unit per night and inclusive of NZ Goods & Service (GST) Tax at 12.5%.
Accommodation rates here cannot be guaranteed for late registrations. We suggest that you register early to avoid disappointment.
Please indicate on the Registration Form if you require a Single, Twin or Triple room.
If you will be sharing a room please give us their name(s) on the registration form.
Credit card details are required to secure your booking and will be passed on to the accommodation provider to reserve your room. No money will be debited from your credit card by Nelson Tourism Services for your accommodation.
If you do not have a credit card, a deposit of NZ $200 per person should be included with your registration payment & sent to Nelson Tourism Services. The $200 will be sent on to your accommodation provider and taken off your final bill.
You must settle your accommodation payment directly with your accommodation either on arrival or departure.
Please notify Nelson Tourism Services of any changes or cancellations in writing to as soon as possible. Do not contact your accommodation provider directly as this may cause confusion.
In the event that you do not inform us of a cancellation before the 30th November 2006 or you do not check in on your specified arrival date, your booking may be canceled & your given credit card charged or your deposit lost.

Centra Auckland Airport Hotel
The Centra Hotel is the main hotel for the PPSEAWA Conference and transport will be provided to the conference venue. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Auckland Airport this three and a half star hotel is set in 10 acres of landscaped gardens to create a country club atmosphere and is well away from flight paths. The hotel has 2 restaurants and bar, air conditioned guest rooms, outdoor swimming pool, indoor spa pool and sauna, gymnasium and exercise facilities, access to golf course, free car parking, business facilities, modem access in guest rooms, individually controlled air-conditioning, ISD/IDD phones, colour TV, video movies, radio desk, mini bar, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 24 hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning service.

Should you find stairs difficult please request a ground floor room. The hotel has only two floors and therefore has no lift.
