- Thailand in 1990, attended by 350 delegates from 22 member countries
- Tonga in 1994 following the gracious invitation of Her Majesty Queen Mata’aho of Tonga. Attended by 350 delegates from 21 member countries
- Cook Islands in 2000, attended by 291 delegates from 21 member countries
- Bali in 2010, attended by 225 delegates from 16 member countries
Conferences have covered a wide range of themes concerning women including education, health, employment, culture, peace and leadership.
