- All members of the International Council and Heads of Delegation are expected to be in attendance for the Council meetings. First council meeting will be early on Tuesday, 29th. The 2nd Council Meeting will be on Wednesday 30th, 2024.
- The evenings of October 29 and 30 will be free; the program concludes at 5:00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Daily Program – Will be released closer to conference opening
Travel and Visa arrangements
PPSEAWA International will not make travel or visa arrangements, nor pay for any expenses in connection with the participation of members in the sessions. Such arrangements and costs are the exclusive responsibility of participants.
