Registration
You must pre-register online and pay the MTCM fee of USD250. We strongly encourage participants to register as soon as possible. Registration deadline is August 1. The late registration fee is USD275.
- Members living outside Japan pay through PayPal on the PPSEAWA website. To inquire about other payment arrangements such as by U.S. bank-issued check, contact the International Treasurer at treasurerfinance [at] ppseawa.org (treasurerfinance[at]ppseawa[dot]org),.
- Members living in Japan should contact PPSEAWA Japan about domestic registrations and fees.
Accommodation
PPSEAWA Japan has reserved a block of hotel rooms at a substantial discount for PPSEAWA members attending the MTCM. To request a hotel room (which are only available from November 22-26), please state your preferences during the online registration process. This information will be given to PPSEAWA Japan to make the hotel arrangements for conference attendees.
No deposit is needed to secure a hotel room during online registration. Instead, you will pay directly to the KKR Hotel when you check-in for the meeting. Payments are in Japanese Yen by credit card, debit card, or cash (i.e. the hotel takes American Express, Diners Club International, Mastercard, Visa).
Hotel cancellations cannot be accepted after October 15. If your circumstances change, you are responsible for cancelling with PPSEAWA Japan prior to October 15. Reservations are non-refundable, so, you will be assessed for the charges if you do not show up.
There are a limited number of rooms at the KKR Hotel Tokyo, so preference will be given to International Council members who are attending this Board of Directors Meeting. The room types are:

Travel and Visa arrangements
PPSEAWA International will not make travel or visa arrangements or pay for any expenses in connection with the participation of members in the sessions. Such arrangements and costs are the exclusive responsibility of participants.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has a list of countries that are exempt for short stays. For those who need to apply for a visa, the visa has must be applied for by the person who intends to travel to Japan for the conference. We strongly advise participants to apply for their visas well in advance.
Media consent
By registering for the PPSEAWA International Midterm Council Meeting, you agree to be photographed by the official photographer, authorize the use of photos by PPSEAWA International, and accept that they may be published on the PPSEAWA International website and official social media channels by national member organizations.
